What's Acceptable and Unacceptable on Your Lady First Profile

At Lady First, we are dedicated to creating a positive and respectful environment for all our users. To ensure that our platform remains a safe and enjoyable space, we have established clear guidelines regarding what you can and cannot include in your Lady First profile photos. These rules serve a dual purpose: they help maintain good user conduct and also increase your chances of making a memorable impression on the app, which is something we all aim for.

Lady First offers three distinct areas of engagement: Lady First Date for dating, Lady First Friends for socializing, and Lady First Network for networking. Accordingly, we have designed profile photo regulations that align with the unique nature of each category. Below, we provide an overview of the general guidelines that apply to all users on our platform, along with specific exceptions for each segment.

Why was my photo moderated?

At Lady First, we are dedicated to ensuring that your photos align with our guidelines. Within 24 hours of your photo upload, we carefully review the content. If we find any instances of violence, nudity, or violations of our guidelines, the photo will go through moderation. While we don't always require your face to be in the photo, we do expect the image to represent you. Additionally, we have strict policies against pornographic images, nudity, and blank pictures.

As a platform available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, we maintain a stance against images that depict explicit sexual content, sexually suggestive poses with minimal clothing, or attire that wouldn't be suitable in public settings. In general, we do not allow content that is intended to be sexually explicit.
